What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in AUD.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Your order ships for free if it contains blades only. A $8 shipping fee will apply to orders that include other grooming products, such as Shave Butter, until your order reaches our free shipping threshold of $25.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do!
Is there an additional fee for on demand orders?
Yes, there is a $8.00 shipping fee for on demand orders under $25.00. If your order is over $25.00, shipping's included.
When will my order arrive?
Your order should arrive between 3-6 business days once your order is processed. Delivery times to New Zealand may take longer - up to 15 business days for arrival.
Can I send an on demand to a different address?
Sure, you can change your shipping information while placing the order. Please keep in mind this will now be your default address for all future boxes.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. If you need something before your subscription box is scheduled to ship, add it to your cart instead by selecting the "Buy now" option when adding the product. Or contact our Club Pros to have your subscription box processed as soon
Can I pay for an on demand order with a different card?
Sure, you can change your billing information while placing the order. Just remember that the new card you enter will be used to pay for all future orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Nope! All orders are delivered via Australia Post and don’t require a signature. We tried carrier pigeons, but they proved unreliable.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! For your convenience we accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Keep in mind that your PayPal account will need to be linked with a card or bank account if you choose it as a payment method, as we cannot accept balances at this time.
