Where's my order?

Deliveries within Australia should arrive within 3-6 business days and up to 15 business days within New Zealand. If it has been longer than that, contact us and we'll help you out.

How do I remove products from my subscription box?

Log in to your DSC account.Go to your subscription box page.Select "Qty" next to the product you want removed.Select "Remove".

How do I remove products from my cart?

Select the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.Reduce a product's quantity by selecting "-" orRemove it entirely by selecting the "x" circle by it.

Subscription box refers to your recurring order that we automatically ship you based on the frequency you've chosen. Cart refers to any one-time orders placed by selecting the "Ship it now" option or orders placed without an active Membership. You ca

Auto-Restock vs. Get This Once

Select "Auto-Restock" when purchasing a product to have us automatically ship it to you with each subscription box. Select "Buy now" if you only want to make a one-time purchase.

Can I remove blades from my box?

You can, but there's a $6 shipping charge for orders under $25.

Where can I find my order history?

Log in to your DSC account.Click the Account tab in the upper right-hand corner of the page and scroll down to Orders. Click Review.

How can I add or remove products from my box?

Login to your account and visit our shop page to add products to your subscription box or purchase them on demand. To remove products, go to your cart or subscription box, select the product you want to remove, and adjust the quantity as needed.
