How do I pause my shipments?

You can Pause your account for up to three months at a time. To Pause: 

  1. Go to your Account page
  2. Click Membership Settings
  3. Click - Pause Shipments
  4. Choose duration
  5. Select a reason
  6. Then Pause, and Okay

You can pause and resume shipments as often as you'd like. Having trouble? Contact Us
